Westminster Community Information

Catalyst Housing Group is an amalgamation of three housing associations; Kensington Housing Trust, Ealing Family Housing Association and Northcote Housing Association.

The group offers affordable housing in London and the Southeast.

• Renting – you will need to be accepted into your local authority’s choice based letting scheme. For Westminster see here.
• Key worker renting – you can apply directly to CHG, a form is available on their website. Keyworker categories include teachers, health workers, police, social services and the fire service.
• Sheltered housing – you need to be registered with your local authority or with the local Catalyst office. The London office address is listed.
• Shared Ownership – you need to meet eligibility criteria (outlined on CHG’s website). CHG run a specific scheme for those living and working in Westminster, ‘Homeownership Westminster’.
