South East Bayswater Residents Association (SEBRA) | Westminster Community Information

Covers the area bounded by the Bayswater Road, northwards along Queensway to the Westway, west to Westbourne Park Passage, St Stephen’s Church and Kildare Terrace, eastwards to Paddington Station, south along London Street, thence along the north side of Sussex Gardens, down Westbourne Street to Lancaster Gate Station and thence back to Queensway along the Bayswater Road.

The South East Bayswater Residents’ Association was formed in 1970 and works to protect the special character of our area. A non-profit, non party-political, voluntary organisation representing more than 1,000 people.

It is consulted by City of Westminster Council on town planning applications, traffic, licensing,lighting, cleaning & environmentl issues. Its fields of interest include protecting the environment, traffic and public transport, litter and refuse, licensing and crime prevention.

The Association consults regularly with members and produces three newsletters each year. There is a summer party and an Annual General meeting in the Autumn.
